Violet landscape tint.

This started out as an early morning exercise with graphite pencil to play with tone and value.    Then the water-soluble graphite pencil came out (and with them any delicate detail went out the door) and then the Faber Castell watercolor pencil appeared.   Structures in background was a secondary thought to add some depth. ???  Might have overworked it at the end.   Could have gone a bit ‘muddy’.   I was not trying to be accurate in colors…instead like the idea of the violet/blue and green working together.   Could have improved on direction light I feel.   But overall …after walking away from it and having a Nanny nap…..still like it.   Worth a post…..26117-wc-pencil-001
